Sports Massage therapy focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and aggressive movements. This is recommend toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries.

What Is a Hot Stone Massage? This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.

The multi-sensory massage experience with an aromatic custom-blend massage oil. This custom massage includes combination of hot stone, deep tissue and variety of massage techniques. A hot stone massage along the neck, shoulder and back is included for deeper relaxation and stress relief.
Deep tissue massage therapy isn’t just a Swedish massage with deeper strokes or harder pressure. Deep tissue massages use firm pressure and slow stroked to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.

If it’s your first time at our center or you do not get massage ofter, Swedish is the best place to start. Most people get a 60 minute Swedish Massage, but 90 minute gives the therapists more time to work the muscle tissues and achieve better results. This is a great massage for relieving tension by calming the nervous system. Most massage therapists use their palm and fingers to relieve your stress.
One of our most relaxing services is the luxurious massage and facial combination incorporating all the products and techniques custom suited to fit your skin type. Your service will start with a 60 minute Deep Tissue massage before moving onto your facial experience.
